Upon opening Marrakech in 1979, Chef Mustafa Alioua’s vision was to create a unique setting in which guests could enjoy a one-of-a-kind Mediterranean experience complete with an authentic six course meal and beautiful belly dancers.
We have not lost sight of that vision, over the years, as we continue to mesmerize guests with an array of flavors, sights, and sounds authentic to Marrakech.
Owner, Tariq Ali, continues Mustafa’s mission, providing guests personalized customer service and an authentic Marrakech experience.
Creating the perfect fusion of Moroccan, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern cuisine; Marrakech has become famous for their mouthwatering shrimp scampi, amazing hummus, and delicious mint tea.
